DELIVERY Fixed Charge £4.99 for Postage and Packaging UK Mainland.

Delivery to the UK is £4.99 Postage & Packaging using signed for delivery.
Whether you purchase one or more items during one single order, Postage and Packaging will remain at £4.99
International delivery is £11.95 Postage & Packaging. However if your item is small, please contact us directly and we will organise for the correct postage to be allocated.

We also have click and collect option. You will receive an email informing you that your parcel is ready for collection. Please check our opening times.


  • Package your items carefully, with each item in its original perfect condition and all labels attached (including hangers). We do not cover the cost of returns.
  • Shoes must be in their original, undamaged box as it is considered part of the item. Please do not use the shoe box as protective packaging.
  • NOTE international returns postage is also not covered by International Returns postage must be paid by the customer.
  • NOTE Special order items (items ordered in by customers request) are none refundable.
  • NOTE Items ordered online then collected in person or purchased from inside the premises, please be aware returns are to be completed within 7 Days. 
  • Please be aware ALL Christening Wear is non- refundable.


Returns are to be completed within 14 days of purchase.

We will re-credit the original purchase’s credit/debit card only. Returned items will only be refunded if garment labels are still attached, items are unworn, odour free, no markings on the garments, returned in original packaging and the items are not damaged and in perfect condition.

Please note underwear, swim wear, socks and tights are non-refundable for hygienic reasons.

Shoes or garments received in a box must be returned in the original box as it is part of the garment. Therefore, please treat the box as part of the order and ensure it is not damaged or is used as the packaging.

Gift Cards

When purchasing a gift card via the website, the customer is responsible for ensuring the corrct email is given upon order. Bumpalumpa has no control over as to where the email is sent to and therefore, we can not issue a refund on gift cards perchased if an error has been made by the person ordering the gift card.

NOTE: Ensure you enclosed all documentation when returning goods.

Sale items are non refundable. However, if the garment has a genuine fault then we will exchange the item and if we are unable to do so we will issue a credit note. Exchanges & Refunds must also be done within 14 days of purchase and 21 days if international.

All orders are subject to availability. If you would like to contact the company to request out of stock items please email: We are also prepared to obtain items we do not stock from our suppliers if requested. However, a deposit will be required.

Orders are dispatched Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Orders before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. The service is not available during the Weekend or Bank Holidays. Please be aware that deliveries to Jersey, Guernsey and the Channel Island will take 3 or more days.

If you wish to order a different size, please contact us first in order for us to hold the item you require. Once we have received and checked the returned garment (within the return date) we will then dispatch a replacement. (There may be an extra cost for heavier items).

All returns must have proof of purchase.

The purchaser is responsible for the the safe return of the items and by following our postage instructions items should be returned safely. We will not accept responsibility for loss, damage or delays in delivery. We will not accept responsibility of unpaid packages received.

We will contact you via email to confirm that items have been received and checked. We will then refund your card. Please note the refund may not show in your bank account immediately.

  • What happens next?
    Within 3 business days of receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that your card has been refunded (or exchanged). Please note; it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time.
